In our company, law, integrity, and compliance are strategically important. Integrity and compliance in particular contribute to the long-term success of our company as integral parts of our corporate culture. Our code of conduct forms the basis for this. It provides guidelines for our daily activities and supports employees in doing the right thing, especially in complicated business situations, by providing guidance and other internal principles.

The foundation of our business activities consists of four corporate values: enthusiasm, discipline, appreciation, and integrity. For us, integrity means acting correctly, which means that we not only adhere to internal and external rules, but also incorporate our corporate values and our inner attitudes. The principles of our culture of integrity include addressing critical issues and consciously making difficult decisions, and these should be supported with conviction by both our employees and our business partners.

Compliance is an extremely important part of our daily business. For us, it means adhering to laws and regulations, which for our employees means that their daily tasks are carried out in accordance with laws, regulations, voluntary commitments, and values. We conduct training measures to reinforce this integrity and compliant behavior. We are supported and advised in this by independent legal and compliance organizations. To ensure that violations of our basic rules do not go undetected, we ask our employees and external parties to report specific instances of misconduct to the Driversline Practices Office (DPO) whistleblower system. Compliance and integrity are also an integral part of our remuneration and sanctioning system.
