The cancellation options for our chauffeur service depend on the order volume and can be agreed individually. City and airport transfers can usually be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
Our office and your chauffeur use flight tracking, which enables us to respond appropriately in any situation. Whether there are delays or an early arrival, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals level.
For airport transfers, a 30-minute wait is included after your flight has landed.
Your personal chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal with your requested pick-up sign. We will provide you with the name and telephone number of your chauffeur the day before.
